Advanced PHP

This package provides modules for MySQL database connections directly from PHP scripts. It includes the generic "MySQL" module which can be used to connect to all versions of MySQL, an improved "MySQL" module for MySQL version 4.1 or later, and the PHP MySQL module for use with the PHP Data Object extension. PHP (recursive acronym for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) is a widely-used open source general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for web development and can be embedded into HTML.

Advanced PHP training course further develops the skills of experienced PHP Programmers by introducing them to advanced techniques, tools, and methodologies that can be used to build complex, scalable, PHP applications. This PHP training covers the Object Oriented components of PHP5, including advanced features such as PHP5's try/catch exception handling, and interacting with databases using the PHP Data Objects (PDO) database access layer.
